Consultation open on TFND draft guidance for the Technology and Communications sector

O𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗗𝗿𝗮𝗳𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 by the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures.

Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD) with the support of Coalition’s member NatureFinance has published draft guidance for the technology and communications sector, which is now open for consultation and feedback from the market and other interested stakeholders.

We invite corporates, financial institutions, academic and scientific institutions, as well as market service providers, NGOs and civil society organisations and all other interested stakeholders, to submit feedback via Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD) website.

Feedback is particularly welcomed on how to improve the guidance, whether the proposed sector metrics are decision-useful and proportionate and any suggestions for additional metrics.

The Taskforce will review all the feedback before issuing the final additional sector guidance in June 2026.
